Frequently Asked Questions
Every piece is made by hand in Los Angeles, so questions are welcome. If you don’t see yours here, email me.

Who makes the pieces?
I do. Every piece is cut, sewn, spray-painted, studded, dyed and finished by hand. You name it, I do it, right here in Los Angeles. Because each one is made by hand, no two come out exactly the same.
What’s the difference between one-of-one, limited and made-to-order?
One-of-one pieces are exactly that: the only one of each that exists. They're sold as art and ready to ship. Limited pieces are made in small runs, like an edition of 10. Made-to-order pieces are made just for you after you order. Most pieces are made to order unless otherwise noted.
How long until my order ships?
Most orders ship within 3–4 business days if they're already made. Made-to-order pieces can take up to 14 business days to make before they ship, but I usually turn them around much faster, and I'll email you a timeline. Make sure to check the email address you used to place your order.
How long does delivery take?
Allow up to 3 weeks from your order date. It usually doesn't take that long. You'll get tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. My pieces are already in collections and boutiques in Japan. International shipping times vary by country, and any customs fees or import duties are the buyer's responsibility.
How do I find my size?
Check the size chart on each clothing page before ordering. If you're between sizes or unsure, email me and I'll help you choose. Most pieces are final sale, so it's worth asking.
Can I return or exchange my order?
One-of-one and made-to-order pieces are final sale. Limited pieces bought at full price can be exchanged within 10 days of delivery, as long as they come back unworn and exactly as they were shipped. Full details are on the Shipping & Returns page.
How do I care for my piece?
Wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle, and hang to dry. Don't iron directly over the painted areas. Hand-painted pieces wear in over time, and that's part of their character. If there are further instructions, they'll be on the care label.
Do you take custom orders or commissions?
Yes. I make custom pieces for individuals, musicians and brands. There's generally a consultation fee, and payment is due up front. Email me with your idea, and I'll let you know what's possible and how long it would take.
If you bought a piece years ago, is it still worth something?
Absolutely. People have kept pieces I made 20 years ago, long after they stopped fitting, and they send me photos all the time. If you have one, I'd love to see it. Send me a photo and the story behind it so I can add it to the archive, and I'll make it worth your while.
How do I hear about new drops first?
Join the list. One-of-ones and limited drops go to the list before anywhere else.
